Fun and Easy Craft

Check out this link to a fun craft. I'm all about the practical stuff in a fun package. The cards would be a good hostess gift (I never know what to give in those situations...do you?)

Does anyone have a suggestion on a place to buy tags or blank cards/envelopes that are reasonably priced? (as in, not more expensive than the gift itself!)

Have a great day!

I love cards, wrapping paper, etc. When I receive cards, I always save them and re-use them as tags by cutting off the part that is written on and saving the picture side.

I did a quick search on ebay for "manila tags" and came up with some fairly inexpensive options (50 tags for $4). I also did a search for "blank cards" and there were quite a few auctions where people were getting rid of their leftover blank wedding invitations. I didn't have time to wade through all of them for the best deal but, there were some cheaper options.

I have found packages of blank cards at Target, near the invitations & scrapbook stuff. They're not as inexpensive as you could probably find on the internet, but in a pinch they're a pretty good deal.

If you get the Sunday paper Michaels and JoAnns always have a 40 or 50% off coupon. They both have cards/envelopes. I picked up 50 cards/envelopes for less than 5.00 the other day and got just envelopes 50 for around $2.00

You can also sign up online and they send coupons to your inbox. :)
